Biomed Laboratory Limited – Training Services Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement of Training Dates

1.1 All training dates will be agreed in advance between the candidate and Biomed Laboratory Limited.

1.2 Once a date is agreed, it will be reserved for a limited period pending payment of the required deposit.

2. Deposit and Securing Training Dates

2.1 A deposit fee must be paid to secure a specific training date.

2.2 Training spaces are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date the deposit payment is received.

2.3 If the candidate decides not to proceed with the training after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Training Times

3.1 Unless otherwise stated in the training contract, training will take place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

3.2 The specific details of the training content, location, and any additional terms will be outlined in the individual Training Contract agreed between the candidate and Biomed Laboratory Limited.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Full payment for the training must be received before the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Once the training has started, no refunds will be issued. This is because the training fee contributes towards consumables, equipment use, utilities, staff time, and machine usage.

4.3 The deposit amount will be deducted from the total training cost if the candidate proceeds with the booked training.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 If the candidate wishes to reschedule, this must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the agreed training date.

 

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

5.2 If a candidate fails to attend without prior notice, all fees paid will be forfeited.

6. Complaints Procedure

6.1 Any issues, concerns, or complaints must be submitted in writing via email to enquiries@biomedlaboratoryltd.com.

6.2 All complaints will be handled by the Laboratory Manager, who will aim to respond within 10 working days.

7. Liability

7.1 Biomed Laboratory Limited will provide training to the highest professional standard but will not be held responsible for any consequential loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the candidate as a result of attending or failing to attend training.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1 By paying the deposit or attending the training, the candidate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
